Client Selection

Entry requirements for TrainingFirst Australia are governed by regulations. Client selection is conducted in an ethical and responsible manner. Entry requirements are in accordance with equal opportunity regulations in Australia.

Selection for enrolment in all courses offered by TrainingFirst Australia will be based on the individual’s qualifications and ability to meet requirements.

Language Literacy and Numeracy

Students are expected to have language, literacy and numeracy levels that allow the student to:

• Read and write: Comprehend and write a range of texts within a variety of contexts.
• Spoken communication: Use and respond to spoken language including some unfamiliar material
  within a variety of contexts.
• Numeracy and mathematics: Recognise and use some of the conventions and symbolism of formal mathematics.

TrainingFirst Australia recognises existing AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment awarded by other Registered Training Organisations. Trainees can apply for RPL at registration.

TrainingFirst Australia is a fee-for-service training provider. We work with the Australian Apprenticeship Commission (AAC).
