Teachers use a combination of both practical and theory based training representative of today’s commercial environment. Depending on the nature of the unit, teaching methods may include, but are not be limited to, practical demonstrations, independent learning projects and researched reports.
TrainingFirst Australia operates under the Australian Quality Framework and is committed to validity, reliability, flexibility and fairness in assessment processes for the training programs it delivers to students. Assessment tasks and strategies in vocational training (VET) cover a wide range of methods and may include written documents, projects, reports, tests, practical demonstrations, small or large group tasks, presentations, problem solving tasks, case studies and exams.
Courses delivered are nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training Qualifications (VET). VET qualifications provide people with practical skills and information to enable them to competently perform their workplace roles. VET qualifications are part of the Australian Qualifications Framework that links all recognised education and training nationally.
TrainingFirst Australia is an accredited and recognised provider of education from VRQA (Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority); Consumer Affairs Victoria (Liquor Licensing). TrainingFirst Australia has regular audits by VRQA.
